ORDERS
Saharan Arts uses PayPal as a secure method of payment. Paypal accepts all major credit cards. For enquiries please email or telephone +00 44 (0)117 914 3795. We can take payment over the phone but PLEASE NOTE, for safety reasons, please do not submit your card details by email.
DELIVERY
Our usual dispatch time from receipt of order is three working days. Please email or telephone if your order is urgent. If payment is made by UK cheque, funds will need to clear before items can be mailed, which may take up to 7 working days. We promise to ship goods within the statutory 28 days from receipt of order unless an item is unavailable, in which case you will be notified as soon as possible. Every effort is made to ensure that items listed are available and ready for dispatch.
UK & INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE
All jewellery orders made thorough Saharan Arts are mailed by Special Delivery insured post; we feel this is the safest method and we hope you agree. Our price bands are: Under £25 is £4.50, between £25-£55 is £4.75, between £55.01-£75 is £5.25, between £75.01-£95 is £5.75 and over £95.00 is £5.90.
RETURNS
We are happy to exchange or refund goods when asked. Goods should be returned to us within 21 days of our dispatch to you. We are however unable to refund or exchange goods that have been used or damaged after receipt by the customer. Your statutory rights are not affected.
The customer is responsible for the return postage of the item to Saharan Arts. When returning items to us please retain a proof of posting certificate from your shipper, as we cannot be responsible for items that do not reach us. All our on-line payments are via PayPal, however you do not need a PayPal account to buy from us - just click the buy button and follow the proceedure for paying by Credit/Debit card instead. Orders may also be placed by phone. All UK and International orders are mailed by insured, Special Delivery post.
